HR Project Manager - Hybrid - 12 month FTC - up to £70,000 plus benefits


We are currently recruiting for a Project Manager to support with a HR change project for a leading company.


This will be an initial 12 month fixed term contract, and is a hybrid role where you will be needed onsite 1-2 days a week.


What you will be doing:

  • Lead and oversee multiple workstreams within the programme, providing structured delivery and regular reporting
  • Monitor progress, risks, dependencies, resource gaps and financials
  • Facilitate collaboration across HR and operational teams
  • Ensure readiness for go-live including testing, training and change support


What they are looking for:

  • Proven HR change project management experience
  • Knowledge of the HR discipline including ER, HR policies, procedures & contractual changes
  • Ability to lead and influence multi-disciplinary project teams
  • Excellent facilitation, communication and stakeholder engagement
