Job Description
HR Project Manager - Hybrid - 12 month FTC - up to £70,000 plus benefits
We are currently recruiting for a Project Manager to support with a HR change project for a leading company.
This will be an initial 12 month fixed term contract, and is a hybrid role where you will be needed onsite 1-2 days a week.
What you will be doing:
Lead and oversee multiple workstreams within the programme, providing structured delivery and regular reporting Monitor progress, risks, dependencies, resource gaps and financials Facilitate collaboration across HR and operational teams Ensure readiness for go-live including testing, training and change support

Proven HR change project management experience Knowledge of the HR discipline including ER, HR policies, procedures & contractual changes Ability to lead and influence multi-disciplinary project teams Excellent facilitation, communication and stakeholder engagement
