An immediate HR & Payroll Assistant has arisen with a well-established business in Attleborough.
3 months initially, possibly leading to a permanent role.
Supporting the weekly process of payroll, 100 staff
• Managing the payroll system, including weekly input of employee timesheets and generating payslips
• Managing enrolment of new starters/leavers for the weekly payroll
• Processing of holiday pay requirements
• Processing P45, starter checklists and P60 information.
• Inputting absence and holiday requests into the payroll system.
• Administration of the Company pension scheme, including submissions
• Submission of statutory calculations such as SSP, SMP, PAYE, CIS, and RTI information
• Process deductions and loans through Company payroll.
• First line support for weekly payroll enquiries and supporting management with timesheet enquiries
The successful candidate:
• Highly organised with good attention to detail
• Effective communicator, able to communicate with all levels.
• Excellent verbal and written skills
• Confident and able to work under pressure
• Working knowledge of current payroll legislation
• Previous experience of working within Payroll.
