Description
Provide expert advice and guidance on HR policies and procedures. Oversee employee relations, including managing disciplinary and grievance processes. Support recruitment and selection processes to attract top talent. Collaborate with leadership to implement effective workforce planning strategies. Ensure compliance with employment legislation and best practices. Develop and deliver HR-related training and development initiatives. Analyse HR data to provide insights and inform decision-making. Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.Profile
A successful HR Partner should have:
Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment law. Proven experience in employee relations and workforce planning. Expertise in recruitment and talent acquisition processes. Experience in providing HR training and development support. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret HR data effectively. A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making. Previous experience in the higher education sector is desirable but not essential.Job Offer
