A leading organisation within the Energy sector is seeking an experienced HR Manager or Senior HR Professional to join their team on a 6-month initial contract with the opportunity to move to permanent contract. This role is ideally suited to a strong HR generalist who can support both office based and offshore populations in a fast paced, operational environment. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities * Deliver full 360 HR support across corporate, operational and offshore workforces * Manage employee relations matters across diverse workforce groups * Support offshore personnel, including rotations, logistics and compliance requirements * Lead on onboarding, performance management, absence, HR advisory and employee engagement * Partner closely with operational leaders while working autonomously * Support workforce planning and organisational development initiatives ________________________________________ About You To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate: * Strong employee relations experience * Previous HR experience within Energy, Drilling, ROV, Marine or other safety critical industries * Experience supporting offshore personnel * Broad generalist HR capability with an operational focus * CIPD Level 5 or Level 7 (desirable) * Confidence influencing and advising stakeholders at all levels ________________________________________ What's on Offer ✅ £45 per hour (PAYE) ✅ Initial 6 month contract with strong potential to convert to permanent ✅ Hybrid working arrangement ✅ Exposure to a respected organisation within the Energy sector ✅ Varied and autonomous 360 HR role across onshore and offshore teams
