This is a fixed-term position, expected to run until the end of August 2027, providing maternity cover.Based at our Norwich office, this role will lead the HR function and play a key part in delivering the organisations people strategy and supporting day-to-day operations. As a full HR generalist, you will be involved in every stage of the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and HR administration.This is a broad, hands-on position within a dynamic and fast-paced environment, requiring the ability to manage a varied workload.
