We are looking for an Human Resources Intern to join our HR department at Grosvenor House Suites on a part-time basis (3 days per week) and on a fixed term contract for up to 6 months. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR operations in a dynamic, guest-focused environment. The HR intern will support various functions including recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, employee engagement, training coordination and HR administrations. This role is ideal for someone pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Hospitality Management, or a related field who is passionate about people, service, and learning the inner workings of HR in the hospitality industry. About you Essential Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR or Hospitality Management High level of written and verbal business English Strong interpersonal and communications skills Strong organisational skills and attention to detail A proactive attitude and willingness to learn Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) Desirable Qualified or working towards a Human Resources qualification CIPD qualified or in the process of qualifying.
