HR Generalist (3–6 Months)
\nGlasgow | Hybrid Working | Full-Time (35 hours)

We’re supporting a Glasgow-based organisation through a period of change and are looking for an experienced HR Generalist to join on an interim basis for 3–6 months, with potential to extend (though not guaranteed).

This is a hands-on role where you’ll act as an extra pair of experienced hands, supporting the team by plugging gaps, managing day-to-day HR activity, and handling complex employee relations casework.

  Managing complex ER cases from end to end

  Supporting managers with HR advice and guidance

  \n\t
\n\t
• \n\t

  Handling transactional HR activity across the employee lifecycle

  \n\t
\n\t
• \n\t

  Supporting recruitment and onboarding activity

  \n\t
\n\t
• \n\t

  Assisting during ongoing organisational change

  \n\t
\n

What we’re looking for:

  Proven experience in a generalist HR role

  \n\t
\n\t
• \n\t

  Strong ER capability and confidence handling complex cases

  \n\t
\n\t
• \n\t

  Practical, adaptable, and comfortable operating in a changing environment

  \n\t
\n\t
• \n\t

  Experience within FMCG or manufacturing environments would be highly beneficial

  \n\t
\n\t
• \n\t

  Someone reliable who can hit the ground running

\n
