HR Consultant / Remote / up to £35k

Part-Time Temporary Opportunity

MCS Group is delighted to be recruiting for a part-time HR Consultant for a leading HR consultancy based in Belfast. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR professional who is immediately available and looking for short-term, flexible work with a people-first consultancy.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Support the team with ad hoc client projects including HR documentation and generalist queries
- Contribute to the development and update of employee handbooks
- Assist in the preparation and potential delivery of training for different employee groups
- Manage multiple priorities independently, with support from senior team members
- Deliver people-focused HR solutions in line with best practice and client needs

The Ideal Candidate
- Previous HR experience, ideally in a generalist or consulting capacity
- Comfortable managing workload independently and adapting to shifting priorities
- CIPD qualified (or working towards it) is advantageous but not essential
- Up-to-date knowledge of NI employment law
