Join a leading global consulting firm's Microsoft Business Applications Practice (MBAP). We're seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&SCM HR Lead Functional Consultant to collaborate with business users and internal teams to deliver cutting-edge solutions.
Responsibilities: Analyse and document business requirements and processes. Convert client requirements into functional specifications and design documents. Configure, test, and demonstrate D365 HR functionality. Support System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and End-User Training. Lead and manage small projects, ensuring successful delivery. Facilitate client meetings and drive decision-making. Provide weekly status reports to the project team. Skills & Experience: Strong experience with D365 HR, AX 2012, and key HR modules. Minimum 3-4 end-to-end D365 implementation projects. Experience with data migration in D365 HR. Solid communication, analysis, and documentation skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, and Visio. Ability to work remotely with regular client-site travel. Qualifications: MBA, M.Com, B.Com, B.Tech, B.E, or equivalent degree. Extensive hands-on experience with Dynamics AX 2012 and Dynamics 365 F&O (HR domain expertise preferred).
