Succession Planning - Building strong pipelines of talent to secure the future of our leadership and critical roles. Culture Development - Championing initiatives that strengthen our values, inclusivity, and employee engagement.What We're Looking For

Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role. Strong background in learning & development, coaching, and cultural transformation. Excellent communication and influencing skills-you'll be a trusted advisor to leaders and employees alike. Strategic mindset with the ability to balance long-term vision and immediate priorities. Experience within engineering services-ideally in civil engineering, construction, utilities, or high-voltage (HV) environments.
