The Role
As an HR Business Partner, you'll work closely with senior leaders and managers to deliver a people strategy aligned with business objectives. This is a varied and strategic role where you'll influence culture, champion employee experience, and ensure HR practices scale effectively with growth. Key responsibilities include: Partnering with leadership teams to deliver impactful HR solutions. Driving initiatives across performance management, talent development, and employee engagement. Advising on organisational design, workforce planning, and change management. Using data and insights to inform decision-making and measure impact. Supporting DEI strategies and embedding inclusive practices across the employee lifecycle. Ensuring compliance with UK employment law and HR best practice.
About You
We're looking for someone who is confident, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. CIPD Level 5 qualification (or equivalent). Proven experience in a strategic HRBP role. Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice. Ability to interpret people data and drive continuous improvement. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
