About The Role: As HR Business Partner you'll be the heartbeat of people operations. You'll partner closely with the CEO, lead meaningful culture and performance projects, and shape how the business grows. While the parent company provides central HR support for some fundamentals, this role is all about ownership, influence and impact, the perfect opportunity for someone who loves autonomy and wants to make their mark. Responsibilities Own all in-house HR activity and be the trusted partner to the CEO and managers. Keep HR policies, processes and systems (HiBob) running smoothly and compliantly. Lead people projects including values rollout, behaviour frameworks and performance culture. Guide managers through ER, performance and day-to-day people conversations.
