HR Business Partner - hybrid working

A brilliant opportunity has arisen for a HR Business Partner to join their team to support them through a period of growth and transformation, for an initial period of 6 months.
In this role you will work closely with the key stakeholders to drive strategic initiatives and support with a variety of HR projects.
Below is an overview of the role in more detail:
Providing HR guidance and coaching to managers on performance management, employee relations, and other HR-related issues
Supporting the business with a variety of departmental restructures
Leading the talent management and succession planning process, ensuring a pipeline of skilled and engaged employees
Driving initiatives to enhance employee engagement and retention
Supporting training and development to ensure employees have the necessary skills
Managing complex employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and investigations
Fostering a culture focussed on equality, diversity, inclusion and sustainability
The successful candidate for this role will be experienced at the Business Partner level with a proven track record in establishing effective working relationships with key stakeholders.
This is a full time role, but there is flexibility on hours and my client are open to a 9 day fortnight.
