We are supporting a South London organisation in their search for 2 x HR Business Partners to be part of the wider Transformation Team. \n \n This is a critical role providing a strategic interface between HR & OD supporting the organisational wide Target Operating Model transformation programme. \n \n You will work in partnership with leaders, key stakeholders and HR & OD colleagues to provide high level HR support, coaching and influencing as well as challenging ways of working/behaviours to develop and implement future focused people strategies\n \n We are looking for HR Generalists (CIPD 7 equivalent) with strong experience in change management programmes including the full consultation process.

\n \n To be considered, this experience must come from the Public Sector - ideally the NHS or Local Government.\n \n These role are offered on 12 month fixed term contracts and include hybrid working
