About our client Our client, a leading global large-cap private equity fund, with a track record of successful investments across multiple jurisdictions, is looking for an HR Associate to join their London-based HR team. The firm is a key international investor with an excellent track record. They are currently expanding their HR team, leading to this new position. What the job involves Administration of onboarding, offboarding, and benefits Drafting documentation such as contracts, offer letters, and family leave letters Regulatory compliance and certification Policy review and documentation Immigration and mobility management Maintaining HR operating manuals and trackers Other ad-hoc tasks and projects Who we are looking for HR experience within investment management or the broader financial services sector Proven experience in onboarding and offboarding processes Experience or exposure to the private equity sector is advantageous An agile mindset, comfortable working across multiple jurisdictions Knowledge of Workday is preferred #LI-DT1 You will be redirected to the company’s website – you must complete the application on their platform to apply.
