As HR Advisor you will work with the HR team to deliver the People plan providing HR support to Managers and Colleagues across the Company.
This is a true generalist role with a great opportunity to get involved in a wide range of people related activity and work with Managers and Colleagues across all aspects of the Company.
This role will involve: Providing accurate and timely HR advice and guidance to Managers and Colleagues on HR related matters in line with the employment legislation and company policies and procedures.
Supporting Managers with a range of employee relations cases, to include preparation of disciplinary packs, attending formal meetings to take notes and drafting outcome letters in line with company policies and employment law.
