Job Description HR Advisor with Altrad: This role will join a busy operational service delivery team and will be responsible for supporting a large and diverse group across various different business areas within our offshore sector. As a result the tasks will be varied and evolving. This role is a full time permanent role with hybrid working as an option. Tasks and Responsibilities as HR Advisor Partner with the assigned Managers and Leaders to support in business challenges including complex employee relations matters (investigation, disciplinary, grievance) and change management processes (redundancy/reduction in roles offshore, absence management, TUPE, changes to terms and conditions, performance management) Provide HR guidance and support throughout the employee lifecycle from onboarding to exit ensuring compliance with all Altrad processes and policies Performance development reviewsand succession planning Supporting in recruitment/interviewing Advising on relevant industry collective agreements e.g. ESA/NAECI JOB REQUIREMENTS At Altrad, we attach great value to the key competences of our employees.
