HR Advisor - Northwest (Home Based, - Up to £40,000 DOE
Immediate Start - 3-Month Contract (Potential to Extend)
Our client, a dynamic organisation with multiple sites across the North West, is seeking a proactive HR Advisor to join their People team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an HR professional to deliver hands-on recruitment support, provide HR guidance, and assist the HRBP with training initiatives.
The Role:
Provide day-to-day HR support to managers and employees, ensuring accurate and timely HR transactions.
Advise on HR policies, employee relations, and people management issues.
Support the HRBP with training and development initiatives.
Maintain HR systems and employee records.
Contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes and ways of working.
Promote an inclusive and diverse workplace culture.
Keep up to date with employment law and best practice.
About You:
Previous HR administration or advisory experience, ideally in fast-paced operational environments.
Strong knowledge of employment legislation and HR policies.
Excellent organisational, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
Must be able to work remotely and travel across the Northwest.
Immediate availability.
Qualifications:
HR qualification (e.g., CIPD), relevant degree, or equivalent experience.
Package:
Full-time, remote role with travel across the North West.
Salary up to £40,000 doe
3-month contract with potential to extend.
