Description
Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation. Assist with recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews and managing applicant records. Support the on-boarding process for new employees, ensuring compliance with all required documentation. Handle general HR Administrative tasks such as updating databases and preparing reports. Respond to employee queries and direct them to the appropriate resources when needed. Coordinate training sessions and maintain training records for staff members. Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements in all HR activities. Collaborate with the HR team to support various projects and initiatives.Profile
A successful HR Administrator should have:
Prior experience in a HR Administrator role. Any exposure or previous work involving Tupe processes would be beneficial. Strong organisational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in using HR software and Microsoft Office applications. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
