As a Housing Services AdministrativeAssistant,youllprovide essential support to help deliver an efficient, customer-focused service while contributing to both team and regional priorities. Your week: 36.25 hours(Monday to Friday9am 5:15pm)
Location:Hybrid, with a weekly presence in either Boston orLincoln office
Snapshot of your role
Provide effective administrative support across Housing, Community Safety and Allocations, including updating customer records and managing noise app recordings.
Support key processes such as starter tenancy conversions, compliance access checks, and the letting of empty homes.
Prepare and manage documents for the Office of Public Trustee, including monitoring associated payments.
Maintain alerts and information across internal systems and external portals, ensuring tasks are monitored, completedand assigned appropriately.
Handle a range of administrative tasks such as raising purchase orders, processing BACS requests, organising meetings and taking minutes.
Assistwith customer consultations and related communications, as well as supporting team projects and objectivesas required.
What werelooking for
GCSEs at Grade C/4 or above in Maths, Englishand Science, plus relevant A-Level or equivalent qualifications.
Strong IT skills, with confidence using Microsoft Office and a commitment to ongoing development.
Well-organised and self-driven, with clear and accuratewritten and verbal communication.
Able to work collaboratively with colleagues across departments to support consistent ways of working.
A positive representative of Amplius, demonstratingprofessionalism and acting as a role model within the Housing & Healthy Communities Team.
Resilient and adaptable, able to remain effective under pressure and manage competing priorities.
