Avalon is currently supporting a client within the West Midlands with the recruitment of a Housing Quality & Service Improvement Manager.
The Opportunity:
My client is seeking a Housing Quality & Service Improvement Manager for a 12-month fixed-term period.
This role will have a sole purpose on service delivery and improvement for both tenants and leaseholders. Having a clear insight and knowledge of Social Housing and the regulator is significant to proceeding with this role.
The successful candidate will:
Support the organisation's commitment to keeping tenants and leaseholders at the centre of service improvement. Contribute to the delivery of the Social Housing (Regulation) Act 2023 Help manage and improve a housing stock for tenants and leaseholders Assist in delivering a transformational housing programme Deliver key improvements in asset compliance Lead preparations for regulatory inspections, including: Procuring external support Support the leadership team with performance framework updates

12-month contract 37 hours per working week Hybrid working £32,900 - £41,511 per annum
