This is a hands-on role where you'll take ownership of a defined patch, playing a key part in supporting tenants, resolving issues and helping communities thrive. Facilitate lettings processes and assist prospective tenants through the application stages. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver seamless support services. Maintain accurate records of tenant interactions and update relevant databases. Identify and escalate repair or maintenance issues to ensure prompt resolution.
