Location: Flexible Hybrid, Warrington Salary: £34,000- £38,000 Contract: Permanent In this customer-facing role, youll deliver high-quality, person-centred housing management services across a varied patch. Youll support tenants with tenancy sustainment, handle low-level ASB, and deliver generic housing management functions with care and professionalism. Key Responsibilities: Provide proactive tenancy support and advice to help residents maintain their homes Conduct tenancy audits, new tenancy visits, and estate inspections Handle low-level anti-social behaviour cases with empathy and tact Manage tenancy changes, sign-ups, terminations, and amendments Work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners to ensure a joined-up approach Maintain accurate records and case notes with excellent attention to detail About You: Experienced in housing management ideally with a background in social housing Skilled in customer service Team player who thrives in a collaborative environment Organised and detail-oriented, able to manage a varied caseload
