A growing and forward-thinking law firm with a strong reputation in claimant litigation. Due to continued growth, they are looking to recruit a Housing Disrepair Solicitor to join the Manchester-based team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor looking to develop their career within a supportive environment, handling a varied caseload while benefiting from hybrid working and clear progression opportunities.

The Role
You will manage your own caseload of Housing Disrepair matters from inception to conclusion, including both pre- and post-litigation cases. The role will involve:

Running a caseload of Housing Disrepair files under the Pre-Action Protocol
Drafting pleadings, witness statements, schedules of works and schedules of loss
Issuing and progressing claims through the County Court where required
Liaising with clients, experts, counsel and opposing parties
Ensuring compliance with CPR, deadlines and internal procedures
Delivering a high standard of client care at all times
