We’re supporting a housing organisation in London that’s looking for an experienced Housing Complaints Officer to join their team on an initial 6-month contract.\n\nThe role will involve managing Stage 1 and Stage 2 housing complaints, carrying out thorough investigations, and producing clear, well-reasoned written responses in line with the Housing Ombudsman Complaints Handling Code. You’ll work closely with internal teams to resolve complex cases, including disrepair and service failure complaints
