The ideal candidate will possess a high level of attention to detail, a passion for luxury hospitality, and a proven track record in supervising housekeepers. Collaborating closely with the Guest Experience and In Room Dining teams, you will supervise and inspire a dedicated team, ensuring every guest experience is flawlessly executed and exceeds expectations. We believe in flexibility and multi-skilling, and you may be asked to do different tasks from time to time to enable us to meet the needs of our guests and colleagues. You will work with brilliant colleagues across the Hotel so that we are one team delivering a seamless and memorable guest experience. What do we need from you? Experience at supervisory level within a luxury hotel Excellent verbal communication and ability to build rapport with people easily. A creative thinker with a can-do attitude and meticulous attention to detail. A confident, energetic, and passionate team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks under pressure. Passion for delivering exceptional service and hospitality.
