Manage stock levels and quality control
Maintain discipline, fairness, and strong team communication
Ensure all hygiene, food safety, and company standards are met
Check dishes for quality, presentation, and temperature
Support training and development of junior chefs
Key Requirements: Experience working as a
Hotel Sous Chef
or strong Senior CDP in a hotel environment
Fresh food background essential
Able to work a rota and handle busy services
Passion for food and strong teamwork skills
Calm, professional manner under pressure
Rosette experience an advantage
