Support the Restaurant Manager in day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service. Motivate and coach the team to achieve high performance and maintain our quality standards. Assist in managing rotas, ensuring adequate staffing levels for peak times. Maintain health and safety standards, ensuring compliance with all food hygiene regulations. You will have previous experience in a Supervisor or Team Leader role within a Hospitality or fast paced restaurant setting. Have a passion for great Italian food and creating memorable customer experiences. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
