The Role
As Hotel Operations Manager, you will take full responsibility for leading a multi-outlet F&B operation, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, strong commercial performance and a high-performing team culture.
You will:
Lead, inspire and develop a large F&B team across multiple outlets
Drive service excellence and consistency across all dining experiences
Work closely with culinary teams to deliver seasonal, estate-led menus
Oversee budgets, forecasting, labour planning and cost control
Analyse performance data to identify opportunities and drive growth
Maintain exceptional standards across service, presentation and ambience
Ensure full compliance with H&S, food safety and operational procedures
Champion a culture of sustainability, provenance and storytelling
Requirements
We are looking for a hands-on, commercially astute leader with a passion for luxury hospitality.
Proven experience managing multi-outlet F&B operations
Background within luxury hotels or high-end hospitality environments
Strong financial and commercial awareness
Inspirational leadership style with a focus on team development
Exceptional attention to detail and guest experience
