Door Host/ess - Part Time 

Salary:  £13,968.24 + Service Charge (Up to £300 per month)

Duties and responsibilities related to the Door Host/ess

• Maintain clear communication with front desk colleagues and other team members to ensure a smooth guest experience. 
• Warmly welcome guests upon arrival and departure.
• Open doors for guests as they enter and exit the building, providing a courteous and seamless experience. 
• Assist in managing vehicular and pedestrian traffic at the entrance to ensure safety and order.
• Regularly inspect the entrance area to ensure it is clean, presentable, and free of hazards. 

About you

You are a friendly and attentive individual who enjoys creating positive first impressions. With  strong communication  skills and a professional demeanor, you ensure guests feel welcomed and secure from the moment they arrive. You are reliable, observant, and able to manage guests efficiently while  maintaining  a safe environment.  Previous  experience in hospitality or guest service is preferred.
