We are recruiting for a proactive and sales driven Host/Hostess & Membership Sales Representative to join a luxury retail brand in their West London showroom. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys client interaction, and is motivated by delivering exceptional service and driving in-person membership sales.

Your designated workdays will be from Wednesday to Saturday, with occasional Tuesdays scheduled as needed.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Client Engagement & Membership Promotion: Confidently present and promote the brands memberships in person, explaining benefits and helping guests complete their registration on-site. Provide excellent customer service to guests, addressing any inquiries or concerns with professionalism and patience. Grow the Membership and the VIP Club by selling the services to prospects in the showroom. Act as a brand ambassador, maintaining high energy and enthusiasm throughout the event.
