Job introduction Responsibilities Create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for residents and visitors by providing exceptional hospitality service. Assist with meal service, ensuring dietary needs and preferences of residents are met. Maintain cleanliness and organisation in dining and common areas. Build positive relationships with residents, staff, and visitors, ensuring their needs are met with empathy and professionalism. Assist with other hospitality-related tasks as needed. Ideal Candidate Previous experience in hospitality or a similar role is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. A genuine passion for providing high-quality service and making a difference in the lives of residents.
