This well-established contract caterer is seeking the talents of a passionate and creative Hospitality Sous Chef to join its stable brigade. You will be working in hospitality kitchen and you will be creating Japanese/ European eclectic cuisine and there is a strong focus on using the best quality produce available. You will be contracted to 42.5 hours per week from 7am – 4pmpm with a 30 minute break. Overtime after 42.5 hours is paid at time and a half Sous Chef Hospitality Sous Chef Monday – Friday 7am – 4pm 42.5 hours per week Overtime paid at time and half (£27.13 - £28.50) £40,000 - £42,000 per annum DOE Central London Immediate start available As Sous Chef you will be expected to have excellent communication skills, strong leadership skills and a keen eye for detail. You should have experience in all aspects of kitchen management such as, menu writing and costing, stock taking, rotas, cleaning schedules and dealing with suppliers.
