Hospitality Manager - Visitor Attraction Café and Hospitality Operations
Location: Leeds
Salary: £38,000 + Profit Share + Benefits
Horus: 42.5 h per week (5 days out of 7)
Were recruiting a creative, commercially driven Hospitality Manager to help unlock the full potential of a stunning, multi-use venue in Leeds. The majority of this role will focus on maximising sales in an already successful daytime restaurant operation. Youll oversee the day-to-day management of the existing operation, ensuring standards, profitability, and team engagement remain strong. In addition to this, you will also work on the development strategy for expanding the overall venue, creating new revenue streams taking the operation to the next level.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of the current offering, maintaining the highest of standards
Manage teams, rotas, margins, and overall performance
Grow footfall and spend while enhancing the guest experience
Lead the development of new revenue streams across the venue
About You:
Experienced hospitality manager with multi-use or development-led experience
Commercially creative with a hands-on, ownership mindset
Strong people leader with sound operational knowledge
Ambitious and motivated by building and evolving a venue
