Rate Of Pay : £46,000 - £48,000 per annum , overtime available

Working Pattern : Monday - Friday , 07:00 - 16:30 , 40 hours per week

Key Responsibilities: You will be looking after all hospitality in the building which includes 21 meeting rooms, 2 large meeting spaces, with a hospitality brochure, al a carte restaurant and 1 private dining room Looking after a team of 10 with two Sous Chef as support Responsible for cooking meals such as breakfast , a la carte restaurant foods and finger food Serving anywhere between 30 - 500 people a day split between the hospitality meeting rooms,Talent Academy, large meeting spaces and restaurant area Create and refine menus, keeping up with culinary trends and incorporating seasonal ingredients, while also developing new recipes and dish concepts. Manage the kitchen's budget, oversee stock, and ensure efficient use of resources to minimise costs Lead kitchen staff, ensuring they adhere to standards and are trained effectively
