Working with learners at their place of work, in most cases for many of the UKs best loved names within the industry. Coaching learners on the knowledge skills and behaviours they need to achieve their apprenticeship standard. Providing support, guidance and motivation that helps them to get career-building qualifications. Keeping clear records of learner progress, goal setting and achievements through our bespoke learner platform (training provided). What will you bring to the role? NVQ at level 2 in Hospitality Extensive, relevant vocational experience in a managerial role in either hotels, pubs or restaurants. Ability to work in high demand environments, to targets and tight deadlines Strong communication and self-motivation skills Ability to working autonomously It would be great if you had Previous experience of delivering training in your sector Experience of working with or alongside apprentices in your current or previous role Minimum Level 3 Teaching qualification NVQ level 3 in professional cookery or hospitality supervision BTEC level 3 hospitality management Experience of operating within WBL/education environment Why join Lifetime Group?
