Were recruiting a Homewares Buyer to lead and grow an exciting home offer across textiles, décor, soft furnishings, lighting and furniture . This is a creative, hands-on role combining own-brand product development (textiles strongly preferred) with bought-in sourcing , building ranges that feel eclectic, colourful and story-led.
What youll do Create and present commercially strong ranges
Manage global suppliers, negotiate cost/MOQ/dates
Own the critical path and place initial orders to forecast
Keep product data, costing and setup 100% accurate
Analyse performance and manage risk
Work with Creative/Photography/Design plus Digital Trading, Web Merch and Marketing
Support Direct Mail themes and present ranges to wholesale/marketplace partners
Lead and develop a Buyers Assistant
What youll need 3+ years buying experience (homewares, fashion or similar)
Product development/manufacturer experience (textiles a bonus)
Strong commercial and analytical skills
Confident negotiator with global supplier experience
Multi-channel retail experience (ecommerce desirable)
