£40,000 - £45,000 per annum + 10% bonus

The Opportunity We are working with a respected care provider to recruit a Home Manager for a well-established, medium-sized residential and dementia care home in Huddersfield.

This is not a turnaround role. The home is performing well, with a Good CQC rating, strong occupancy, and a stable, committed team already in place. The opportunity has arisen due to internal progression, making this an ideal move for an experienced manager seeking a steady, well-supported environment.

Key Responsibilities Provide effective leadership across all aspects of the home Maintain and enhance CQC compliance and quality standards Support, develop, and motivate an established staff team Ensure excellent resident care and experience at all times Manage occupancy, budgets, and overall performance Build positive relationships with families and stakeholders

The Ideal Candidate Proven experience as a Home Manager within a similar-sized elderly care setting Strong track record of maintaining Good or above CQC ratings Experienced in residential and/or dementia care Confident managing stable services NVQ Level 5 in Leadership & Management (or equivalent) Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
