Compass Associates are proud to be exclusively representing a premium provider in their search for an experienced Home Manager for one of their flagship homes. This is a large, well-invested service operating in the true luxury/premium space with an established reputation for outstanding care and an exceptionally high proportion of self-funded residents. The home benefits from strong regional support, stable foundations and a capable middle-management team.

The incoming manager will inherit a financially secure service and will be tasked with maintaining excellent standards, unifying the leadership team, continuing to strengthen compliance processes and driving the home forward to the next level of performance.

The Candidate

This role will only suit a proven, energetic and commercially minded Home Manager who is already operating successfully at this level - applications from candidates seeking a step-up are unlikely to be considered.

Essential requirements:

* Current or very recent Home Manager experience with a demonstrable track record of success

* Proven background in premium/luxury homes with significant self-funded occupancy

* Confident leader with excellent communication skills and genuine passion for high-end care

* Strong compliance understanding and history of achieving Good or Outstanding regulatory outcomes

* Commercially sharp with experience of managing large services and driving occupancy/reputation

Location

Near Worthing, West Sussex. The home is easily commutable from Brighton & Hove, Chichester, Bognor Regis, Littlehampton, Shoreham-by-Sea, Arundel, Horsham and surrounding areas.
