This is a non-corporate company that needs a Home Manager for a Residential/Nursing medium sized care home with a driven approach and strong leadership qualities. The Candidate The successful candidate must have experience as a Residential/Nursing? Dementia Home Manager and show you have a strong understanding of CQC criteria, along with having a track history of achieving 'Good' - 'Outstanding' CQC reports.
