What We're Looking For A naturally caring and compassionate person Someone who takes pride in delivering high standards of care Availability to work every other weekend Flexibility to work a combination of: Early mornings Evenings Split shifts A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
The Role Providing high-quality, person-centred care in clients' homes Supporting with personal care, companionship and daily routines Building meaningful relationships with clients Promoting independence, dignity and wellbeing
Pay & Benefits £13.00 - £15.50 per hour depending on shift and experience Enhanced evening and weekend rates Overnight care: £125 - £135 per night Live-in care opportunities: £130 - £145 per day 45p per mile mileage allowance Holiday pay (12.07%) Company pension (3% contribution) Enhanced pay on designated holidays
