Network Architecture
+Strategic network delivery of design artifacts in alignment with project schedule. Artefacts include, but not limited to: Site specific network design (HLD/LLD) Passive infrastructure design and laydown System specific active equipment installation design Rack layouts Patching schedules
* Enterprise, Local IT & Other Government Department (OGD) System Owner engagement to ensure alignment of proposed system implementation.
* Network Architecture & Design Network Implementation Passive (fibre & copper, vertical (backbone) & horizontal) infrastructure design LANs & WANs WAN circuit dependencies and provisioning Data Encryption (cryptos) End User Device (EUD), computer storage, etc dependencies upon network infrastructure. Requirements analysis and ability to develop technical solutions in response.
* Impact Analysis and ability to understand the impact of certain technical decisions, internally and externally. Understand Dependencies, Assumptions, Issues & Risks. On-site contractors, project team and Agency suppliers.
* Team Lead the network and other technical aspects of the Programme Primary technical (network and certain other technical aspects) Point of Contact (PoC) Provide technical guidance, governance and assurance Teach and develop junior / less experienced project team members to streamline delivery
