Reeson Education is seeking an experienced and confident HLTA to join a supportive primary school in North London, within the borough of Enfield, including Enfield Town, Edmonton, Southgate, Palmers Green and Winchmore Hill.

This HLTA role is ideal for a proactive HLTA who is passionate about supporting teaching and learning across the school. The successful HLTA will play a key role in delivering lessons, supporting pupils, and working closely with teaching staff.

Based in Enfield, North London (Enfield Town, Edmonton, Southgate, Palmers Green, Winchmore Hill)
Full-time, long-term HLTA position
£120 - £130 per day

Excellent opportunity for an experienced HLTAResponsibilities of a HLTA:

Deliver planned lessons as a HLTA across different year groups
Support class teachers and cover lessons as a HLTA
Work with small groups and individuals as a HLTA
Support pupils with additional needs as a HLTA
Help manage classroom behaviour and engagement as a HLTA
Contribute to planning and assessment as a HLTARequirements for a HLTA:

HLTA qualification or equivalent experience
Proven experience working as a HLTA in a primary school
Strong classroom management and communication skills
Ability to lead learning confidently as a HLTA
A proactive and flexible approach to working as a HLTA
