Job Title: Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) – Supply
Location: Goole, East Riding
Are you a confident and adaptable Higher Level Teaching Assistant looking for flexible work in primary schools across Goole? We’re currently recruiting experienced HLTAs to join our supply team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work across a range of welcoming schools, support pupils of different ages, and enjoy the flexibility that supply work provides.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver pre-planned lessons in the absence of the class teacher
* Support pupils’ learning through small group and one-to-one work
* Work across EYFS, Key Stage 1, and Key Stage 2
* Manage classroom behaviour effectively and positively
* Contribute to an inclusive and engaging learning environment
What We’re Looking For
* A recognised HLTA qualification (or equivalent Level 4+ TA qualification)
* Previous experience working in a primary school setting
* A proactive, flexible, and professional approach
* Strong communication and behaviour management skills
* An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
