We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated HLTA to join our team in Por.tsmouth This role involves supporting classroom activities, promoting students' educational and social growth, and helping create a positive learning environment.Key Responsibilities:* Assist the lead teacher in planning and delivering engaging lessons.* Support the preparation of classroom materials and resources.* Provide individualized or small-group support to meet diverse learning needs.* Monitor and assess student progress, sharing feedback with the teacher.* Help maintain a safe, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment.* Support students during playtime and lunch to encourage positive social interactions.* Communicate with parents and caregivers regarding student progress and needs.* Participate in ongoing training and professional development.Qualifications:* Previous experience in a teaching assistant role or similar educational setting is preferred.* Relevant qualifications, such as a Level 4 HLTA certificate or a Level 3 in Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools, are highly desirable.* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.* Patience, empathy, and a passion for working with children.* Ability to work collaboratively and adapt in a team setting.Benefits:* Competitive daily pay rate (£105 - £120).* Opportunities for professional development.* A supportive school environment focused on staff well-being.If you are committed to supporting young learners and enhancing their educational experience, please send your CV JBRP1_UKTJ
