Location: Cambridge Working hours: 07:30 17:00 (42 hours per week) Based in the depot, our Hire Desk Controller plays a key role at the heart of our operations.

Youll be right on the front line of sales and customer service, building strong relationships and making a real difference to our customers experience.

From taking enquiries to arranging delivery and collection, youll coordinate the entire hire process, working closely with teams across the depot to ensure everything runs smoothly.

What youll be doing day to day: Youll be mainly desk-based, collaborating with colleagues across departments.

Youll regularly liaise with stock teams, drivers, and engineers to make sure customers get the equipment they need, when they need it with minimal delays and maximum satisfaction.

What were looking for: Were looking for someone whos organised, proactive, and enjoys working with people.
