The role

Higher Level Teaching Assistant

As a Higher-Level Teaching Assistant, youll work independently and alongside teachers to plan, deliver and adapt learning to meet the needs of pupils with SEND.

You will: Support pupils one-to-one and in small groups Deliver adapted learning activities and targeted interventions Provide short-term classroom cover when required Promote positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing Use ICT to support learning and engagement Contribute to assessments, progress tracking and reports Act as a key worker for a named child, providing consistency and support
