SEN Higher learning Teaching Assistant (HLTA) Location: Greenwich Full-Time | Term Time Only Start Date: September Are you an experienced Teaching Assistant ready to take the next step?We're recruiting on behalf of an inclusive and forward-thinking SEN school seeking a Higher learning Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to provide advanced classroom support, lead small group learning, and deliver interventions across the school. This is a fantastic opportunity to work alongside a dedicated SEN team and make a genuine impact in the lives of children with complex needs. The Role: As a SEN HLTA , you will: Lead planned learning activities across KS1/KS2/KS3/KS4 (specify depending on school). Support and implement individual education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with teachers and the SENCO. Deliver targeted interventions and differentiated learning to children with a range of needs including ASD, SEMH, MLD, and communication difficulties. Mentor and support other TAs in best practice.
