We’re working in partnership with a leading food manufacturer in Hertfordshire to find an experienced High Risk Production Manager to take ownership of one of the most critical areas of their operation. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven production leader with ready-to-eat (RTE) experience to step into a senior role with genuine influence.

The Role:

As the High Risk Production Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day running of high-risk production areas, ensuring operational excellence, food safety, and quality standards are met consistently. You will lead a team of supervisors and operatives, driving performance, implementing continuous improvement initiatives, and delivering against KPIs in a fast-paced environment.
